With over twenty years as a human resource professional, Diana Barrera has supported corporate and non-corporate functions within major to small domestic and international businesses. In this time, Diana has liaised with C suite management, in which she is recognized as an invaluable business partner for her strategic vision and ability to execute. Her successes are a product of her philosophy of listening to the business experts, learning their operating model and needs, and considering ROI before designing and executing a HR plan.

Diana’s resume includes numerous degrees, including Masters Degrees in Industrial Organizational Psychology and in Education, along with work within a variety of industries. Most recently, Diana held senior positions with ConAgra Foods, Pearson and Momentive Performance Materials. In her leadership roles she has developed multi-year HR strategies, led complex organizational design efforts for growth and cost effectiveness, developed cutting edge talent management processes, established HR operations to deliver change, among many other achievements. Her global experience provides her with a sensitivity to cultural differences which allows her to better serve her diverse business clients.
